Paneer Curry
We eat vegetables and pulses daily, when we feel like eating
something different, we make kadhi. Today we share Paneer Kadhi recipe. Paneer
Kadhi is a very tasty and spicy Indian dish. Paneer Kadhi is made from sour
curd and gram flour. You can eat it with roti, naan or rice.
- Gram Flour - 100 grams
- Sour Curd - 200 grams
- Paneer - 50 grams
- Sweet Neem Leaves - 4-10
- Fenugreek Seeds - 1 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1 pinch
- Rye - 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 pinch
- Red Chili powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - as per taste
- Oil
Method of
Making
- Cut the paneer into small pieces.
- Now fry the paneer pieces in the oil.
- Churn the curd and take it out in a pot.
- Mix gram flour in the whipped curd and add about 1 liter of water to it.
- Heat the oil in the pan.
- Add asafoetida, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, and sweet neem leaf to the hot oil.
- Now add gram flour and curd mixture to it.
- Once again whisk the gram flour well so that there are no lumps.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder to the solution.
- Stir the solution with a spoon until the solution comes to a boil.
- After the solution comes to a boil, reduce the heat and cook until the batter becomes thick.
- Now put the fried paneer pieces and stir with a spoon.
- Allow the curry to cook on low heat for 5 - 10 minutes and turn off the gas afterward.
- Now serve this paneer curry with rice or chapati.
