Paneer Curry


We eat vegetables and pulses daily, when we feel like eating something different, we make kadhi. Today we share Paneer Kadhi recipe. Paneer Kadhi is a very tasty and spicy Indian dish. Paneer Kadhi is made from sour curd and gram flour. You can eat it with roti, naan or rice.




Ingredient

  • Gram Flour - 100 grams
  • Sour Curd - 200 grams
  • Paneer - 50 grams
  • Sweet Neem Leaves - 4-10
  • Fenugreek Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida - 1 pinch
  • Rye - 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 pinch
  • Red Chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Oil

Method of Making

  • Cut the paneer into small pieces.
  • Now fry the paneer pieces in the oil.
  • Churn the curd and take it out in a pot.
  • Mix gram flour in the whipped curd and add about 1 liter of water to it.
  • Heat the oil in the pan.
  • Add asafoetida, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, and sweet neem leaf to the hot oil.
  • Now add gram flour and curd mixture to it.
  • Once again whisk the gram flour well so that there are no lumps.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder to the solution.
  • Stir the solution with a spoon until the solution comes to a boil.
  • After the solution comes to a boil, reduce the heat and cook until the batter becomes thick.
  • Now put the fried paneer pieces and stir with a spoon.
  • Allow the curry to cook on low heat for 5 - 10 minutes and turn off the gas afterward.
  • Now serve this paneer curry with rice or chapati.
