Kachi Haldi ladoo
Kachi Haldi ladoo, is very beneficial to senior

Ingredients
- Raw turmeric - 500 Gram
- Ghee - 3 Tablespoon
- Jaggery - 500 Gram
- Pistachios - 50 Gram
- Makhana - 150 Gram
- Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
- Walnut - 50 Gram
- watermelon seeds - 1/2 Cup
- Raisins - 50 Gram
- Cashews - 100 Gram
- Almonds - 100 Gram
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 Tablespoon
Method of Making
- First, wash and dry the raw turmeric thoroughly.
- When the turmeric is well dried,
- Peel and grate raw turmeric.
- Heat 2 tsp ghee and roast dry fruits till slight crunchy.
- Take out and keep aside.
- Grind coarsely almonds, cashews, raisins, walnuts, and lotus seeds. Keep aside.
- In pan, heat oil and roast grated turmeric.
- Cook on a medium flame for 10-15 minutes till the raw flavor goes away and oil separates.
- Remove turmeric and keep aside.
- Add jaggery and make syrup.
- Add remaining ghee.
- Continue heating until uniform consistency.
- Stop heating.
- Add powdered dry nuts to the jaggery syrup.
- Mix well.
- Add roasted turmeric to jaggery mix.
- Add coconut and black pepper.
- Mix well. Add whole roasted watermelon seeds.
- After adding jaggery, mix well immediately and prepare laddus.
- Prepare ladoos from all the mixture and keep them in airtight compartment.
- Drinking a glass of milk after eating a laddu at night provides great benefit in the cold.
