Mexican Veggie Pasta



Pasta is a kids favorite dish. If they are given pasta every day, then they are ready to eat pasta every day. Today we are going to tell you such a recipe for pasta, which you can make using many kinds of vegetables.

Ingredients
  • Pasta - 250 grams
  • Finely Chopped
  • Capsicum - 1/2 cup
  • Finely Chopped Tomatoes - 1/2 cup
  • Finely Chopped Onion - 1/2 cup
  • Finely Chopped Garlic - 1 Tablespoon
  • Finely Chopped Green Chili - 
  • Tomato Puree - 1 Cup 
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Red Chili Powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Cheese (grinded) - 2-3 Tablespoon Oil
  • Salt to taste

Method of Making

  1. First of all, place the water in a pan on medium flame for boiling. 
  2. Bring pasta to a boil and turn off the flame as soon as it comes to a boil. 
  3. Add some oil also so that the pasta does not stick together. 
  4. When the pasta is completely boiled, filter it with water and take it out in a bowl. 
  5. As soon as you remove it from hot water, wash it immediately with cold water. 
  6. This will keep the pasta feeding. Now keep the oil in a pan on medium heat for heating. 
  7. Once the oil is hot, add green chili, garlic, onion, tomato, capsicum and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes till it becomes golden. 
  8. Now add tomato puree, black pepper powder, red chili powder and salt and stir well. 
  9. When the gravy thickens, add the pasta and mix well and turn off the heat after 2 minutes. 
  10. Add the cheese only after turning off the heat. 
  11. Serve red sauce pasta hot or warm. while serving you can garnish red sauce pasta with some grated cheese.
