Bengali Badam Puri
Mostly sweets made with rich ingredients like milk, dried fruit, sugar, and clarified butter in each region in India. Festival without sweets is incomplete. So, I want to share a sweet recipe which I love the most "Badami Puri"
Ingredients
Refined
Flour - 1 Cup
Peeled
Almond - 1 Cup
Sugar
Powder - Half Cup
Cardamom
Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Milk
- As required
Honey
- 1/4 Cup
Chopped
Almonds & Cashew - 2 Tablespoon
Method of Making
1.Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2.Finely grind the dried almonds in a grinder.
3.In a bowl, mix flour, almond powder, sugar, cardamom, and
saffron.
4.Mix all these ingredients well.
5.Add milk to this material and knead like flour.
6.Make a small dough of dough and roll it like a poori.
7.Fold the whole half in half and then give the other half a
triangular shape.
8.Roll the edges evenly.
9.Place it on a greased baking tray.
10.Wake them in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
11.Placed a poori in a serving tray.
12.Sprinkle a little honey over it.
13.Garnish
with chopped nuts and serve hot.

Your Bengali badam puri is ready to serve.
