Delicious Makhane ke Laddu

Makhana Ladoo is a healthy ladoos. Makhana is healthfully rich, loaded with filaments and exceptionally advantageous for wellbeing. The insignificant amount of ghee is used in this recipe but the taste is much different from different ladoos.


Ingredients

·        Makhane - Gram 100 Grams
·        Sugar Powder - 1 Bowl
·        Ghee - 1 Bowl
·        Coconut Boora - 1/2 Bowl
·        Badam, Raisins, Cashew - as per your choice

Method of Making

·        Clean the Makhane.
·        Put 1/4 bowl ghee in a pan and cook the makhanas on low heat.
·        To see if the Makhana has been baked or not, take a Makhana in your hand and press it.
·        If the Makhane is completely stolen means the Makhane is seized.
·        Take them out in a vessel and keep them aside.
·        Cut the badam and cashew into small pieces.
·        Put a small spoon of ghee in the same pan and cook the badam and cashews for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
·        When the Makhana cools down, grind the Makhano coarsely in the mixer.
·        In a large bowl, add grounded makhane, sugar powder, almonds, cashews, raisins and mix well.
·        Stir by adding some ghee.
·        Add as much ghee so that the laddus are tied easily.
·        Take a little mixture of this mixture in your hand and make ladoos as big or small as you like.
·        Healthy and delicious and Makhane ladoos are ready.
·        If the mixture looks too dry then milk can be used in it.
