Chola (Chickpeas) Honey Chaat
Chola Honey Chaat is a heavenly, delicious, tart and simple chaat nibble produced using white chickpeas, zest powders, onions and tomatoes.

- Boiled Chickpeas - 1 Cup
- Oil - 1 Tablespoon
- Finely Chopped Garlic Buds - 10
- Roasted White Sesame Seeds - 1 Tablespoon
- Red Chili Sauce - 2 Teaspoon
- Tomato Sauce - 4 Teaspoon
- White Chili Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Kashmiri Red Chilli - 2 Teaspoon
- Finely Chopped White Onion - 4 Teaspoon
- Salt as Taste
- Vinegar - 1 Teaspoon
- Green Chive
- Onion Finely Chopped
- Put 1 cup of chickpeas in water and soak them for 7-8 hours.
- To boil after washing it with water, put water and salt in the cooker and keep it on high heat to boil.
- When it is 1 city, keep it on medium heat for 15-20 minutes to boil.
- When it boils, cooks and the pressure of the cooker comes out then keep it to cool down.
- Remove the water and pour it into a spoon bowl.
- Heat the oil in a pan and reduce the heat.
- Fry the finely chopped garlic till it turns pink.
- Now add sesame, white chili powder, black pepper powder, white onion, red chili sauce, tomato sauce, Kashmiri red chili, vinegar, honey, and salt and make a sap.
- Now turn off the gas.
- Take a big bowl.
- Now add boiled chickpeas and prepared the mixture to the bowl and mix well.
- Put chickpea chaat in the serving plate and serve it by adding green chunks of green onions, roasted sesame seeds, and onions.
