Chola (Chickpeas) Honey Chaat

Chola Honey Chaat is a heavenly, delicious, tart and simple chaat nibble produced using white chickpeas, zest powders, onions and tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • Boiled Chickpeas - 1 Cup
  • Oil - 1 Tablespoon
  • Finely Chopped Garlic Buds - 10
  • Roasted White Sesame Seeds - 1 Tablespoon
  • Red Chili Sauce - 2 Teaspoon
  • Tomato Sauce - 4 Teaspoon
  • White Chili Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli - 2 Teaspoon
  • Finely Chopped White Onion - 4 Teaspoon
  • Salt as Taste
  • Vinegar - 1 Teaspoon
  • Green Chive
  • Onion Finely Chopped


Method of Making

  • Put 1 cup of chickpeas in water and soak them for 7-8 hours.
  • To boil after washing it with water, put water and salt in the cooker and keep it on high heat to boil.
  • When it is 1 city, keep it on medium heat for 15-20 minutes to boil.
  • When it boils, cooks and the pressure of the cooker comes out then keep it to cool down.
  • Remove the water and pour it into a spoon bowl.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and reduce the heat.
  • Fry the finely chopped garlic till it turns pink.
  • Now add sesame, white chili powder, black pepper powder, white onion, red chili sauce, tomato sauce, Kashmiri red chili, vinegar, honey, and salt and make a sap.
  • Now turn off the gas.
  • Take a big bowl.
  • Now add boiled chickpeas and prepared the mixture to the bowl and mix well.
  • Put chickpea chaat in the serving plate and serve it by adding green chunks of green onions, roasted sesame seeds, and onions.
