Spinach Dal Puffs

Ingredients


White Urad Dal - 1 Cup
Palak - 1 Cup
Ginger - 1 Small Size
Onion - I Medium Size
Green Chilly - 3
Sesame - 1 Tea Spoon
Red Chilly Powder - 1 Tea Spoon
Cumin - 1/4
Garam Masala  - 1/4
Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
Salt
Oil


Preparation


1.Put the container add two cups of urad dal and mix water.
2.Leave it for Two hours. 3.Drain the water and grind it with ginger and green chilies. 4.Pour as much water as is necessary for grinding. 5.Add spinach and other spices to this mixture well. 6.Heat the oil and take the oil on medium heat. 7. Now make a small balls of batter 8. Put it in a plate for 5 min so its holds it shape 9. Now Drop the 4-5 balls together in a oil and deep fry till it change its color 10.When spinach balls change its color now come out balls from the pan. 11. And serve it with ketchup.
