In Rajasthan basundi is made in every festival  People says that it is the the most favorite food of all god and goddess, we cant celebrate any festival without making  basundi is a sweet dish which is made of pure milk, it is liked by younger elder everyone its taste touched the soul. so today tanutiffin share basundi with a twisted taste, which makes it different from simple basundi which is mainly preferred in all states.plz, try this out and then share the comments in the comment box.

 

Ingredients

Milk - 1 liter
Almond - 50 Gram
Pistachio - 20 Gram
Cashew - 20 Gram
Chironji- 20 Gram
Saffron - 1 Tea Spoon
Sugar - 150 Gram
Cardamom Powder - 1 Tea Spoon


Method Of Making

1.Take a jar of Grind and mix all these (Grind almonds, pistachios, cashews, chironji ) and make a fine powder.
2. Take a another steel bowl and Boil it for low flame till that it became half of it
3. When it starts to thicken, add some powder sugar, cardamom powder, saffron and cook it while stirring continuously.
4.Turn off the gas when all the ingredients mix well together.
5.Serve cold basundi cold or hot.
