Methi Marwadi Mathhi



Every MOM is conscious about their family members, especially about their children. Her consciousness level becomes at peak when their children live in hostel for their studies and any other reasons. MOM always concern about their children for healthy food. To remember this point in my mind, today I share a recipe of my lovely mom "methi ki mathri". These snacks make my hostel life hunger-free and I love this very much because sometimes I don't want to cook food but want to eat something i.e, Mathri. There is one big advantage of mathri is we will keep this for a month and it is very easy to prepare at home at a reasonable amount of money. So, everyone can prepare this easily.



Ingredient

1. Rawa (sooji) -half kg
2.White Flour (maida) -1 kg
3.Refined Oil 
4.Trachyspermum ammi (Ajwain) -2 table spoon
5.Dry Green Fenugreek (dry methi) -3 table spoon
6. Salt - as per your state 
7. Water

How to Prepare Methi ki Mathri




1.Take a vessel, put Rawa (sooji) and White Flour (maida) and salt into it, 
2. Make a soft dough with the help of some water and refined oil 
3. Put Trachyspermum ammi (Ajwain) and Dry Green Fenugreek (dry methi) into a dough and mix it wisely.
4. Now, take a medium size ball of dough and prepare like a round thick chapati
5. Cut this chapati in four vertical and horizontal line with the help of a knife.
6. It seems like small boxes and leave it for half an hour.
7. Take a pan and pour some refined oil into it and heated up wisely.
8. Now, put all small boxes into a pan and deep fry with a low flame.
9. When its color becomes light brown than separate it forms a pan.
10. After, 15 minutes you can consume it.
