This recipe directly comes out from my granny recipe diary.I love to read her diary. This diary always encourages me to do and try different Recipes rather than concentrate on others.Parantha this is the best Lunch box Recipe ever. Because it can easily be liked by children and it gives proper nutrition and strength to the kids. But when we serve daily in a tiffin box it's quite boring for the kids. A lunch box Recipe also required some twist. So today tanutiffin share A perfect Triangle Green Methi Parantha with No time. My Grandmother always serves Parantha With Fresh "Makkan" snatch from fresh Milk. But it's sometimes not easily Available with our Surroundings. So we can serve with Curd, Ketchup, Pickle, Green chutney or Garlic Chutney. Its All up to your Taste Preferences. This recipe is very simple to execute and good in taste. Maximum time is 15 minutes

Ingredients


Green Methi 250 GM's
Wheat 2 cup
Gram Flour 1 Cup
Red Chilli powder 1 spoon
Hing Powder one- fourth Spoon
Ajwain - one- fourth Spoon
Salt As per taste.

Procedure

1. Cut the Green Methi in small pieces and Wash 2-3 times in a bowl carefully.
2. Take a Bowl, Add 2 cup of wheat, green Methi leaves, Gram flour, Red Chilli powder, Ajjwai, salt and pour water in it.
3. Mix all the ingredients and Keep Kneading for a minute and Make A soft dough
4. Take a spoon and put Hing and add 2-5 drops of water and leave it for 5 min. After 5 min hing dissolve completely.
5. Spead " Hing liquid " all.over the dough.


Preparation of  Parantha

1 Take a small ball from the prepared dough.
2. Put a Small ball of Dough on flat surface spread wheat powder around the balls of dough so it is not sticking with the surface or rolling pin
3. After that flatten the dough with the help of Rolling pins. And Provide a Proper triangle Shape
4. Heat the Pan and Put the Parantha on it
And spread ghee on an upper surface when it cooks wells puff of, now you can turn it on another side with the help of tongs and again spread ghee on this side too.
6. When it cooks well, Leaves Brown spots over it.
5. Now Your Green Methi Parantha is ready to serve.
