Cheese Capsicum Pizza

" Pizza " this word define happiness, this one is personal favourite kinda food, which I can eat anytime,even after taking my meals, especially when we all siblings were together to spend our holidays or to multiply their happiness.we just ordered a pizza and made their days awesome,One fine morning we all just get up and my father came to us, and ask what you guys want to eat on this beautiful morning, we all said in a loud voice "Pizza", Daddy was surprised and asked us "Are you guys crazy?.. We all said Yess ( and start laughing, Daddy.. said.. oh so you guys want to pizza, Today I share a whole recipe of Exotic pizza at home, so next time you all will be able to make this delicious pizza by yourself. here is the recipe.

Indregients

• Maida - 200 GM's
• Curd - 1 cup
• Sugar - 1 teaspoon
• Salt - 1 teaspoon
• Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
• Onion- big sliced
• Pizza toppings
• Schenwaan chutney
• Tomato -
• Olives - 4-5 pieces
• Jalapeno - 4-5 pieces
• Mozzarella cheese 
• Amul Cheese
• Veg Mynoise Sauce
• Ketchup
• Garlic Cloves - chop in round shape
• Red chillies -2
• Chilli flakes powder
• herbs or Oregano powder

Procedure

1.Take A bowl and sieve maida properly add sugar, baking soda, salt and curd into it and a make proper and soft dough.

 2. Cover dough with the wet cotton cloth so ( dough makes soft for a long)

3. After 15 min spread dry maida on the platform and put dough piece on it.

4. With the help of palms and fingers spread uniformly and make a high corner with the thumb.

5. Now polished the pizza surface with pizza toppings and Schezwan chutney.

7.Now place sliced onion , tomato, Jalapeno,olives, and onion cloves as well

8. Spread Amul Cheese and Mynoise all over the pizza..

9.Now it's time for the main ingredient and that is mozzarella cheese all over.

10. Now Put the Pizza on the Microwave grill or oven, or pan as per the availability.

11. After 10-15 min temperature 750 degree Celsius.

12. After 15 min pizza is ready and cheese look, everyone.

13 And All your pizza is ready to serve, sprinkle chilli flakes or Oregon all over

Now My Daddy Came to us and gave us pizza or we all are very happy and amazed the taste of it.
