How To Make Schezwan Sauce | Schezwan Chutney | Pizza Sauce

Ingredients
- Red Dried Chilies
- Ginger
- Garlic Cloves
- Salt
- Soya Sauce
- Oil
- Sugar
- Tomato Ketchup
- Apple Cider Vinegar
PROCEDURE
- Firstly, soak dried red chilli in hot water for 2 minutes or till they turn soft.
- Drain off the water and blend to smooth paste adding water if required. keep aside.
- Heat oil in a Pan.
- Saute chopped garlic and ginger for 2 minutes.
- When it turns brown add in prepared red chilli paste.
- Saute well, so that chilli gets cooked well.
- Now add cup water and adjust consistency.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Make sure to cook the sauce till oil floats on top.
- Now add in 1tsp Tomato Ketchup, 2 tsp Soya Sauce, 1tsp Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 tsp sugar, and salt to taste.
- Mix well making sure everything is combined well.
- Cook 2 more minutes.
- Heat 1 cup oil in a Pan.
- Add Hot Oil in Schezwan Sauce.
- Cool Schezwan Sauce Completly and Store it in an Airtight Jar and keep in Refrigerat
