How To Make Schezwan Sauce | Schezwan Chutney | Pizza Sauce

Ingredients


  • Red Dried Chilies
  • Ginger
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Salt
  • Soya Sauce
  • Oil
  • Sugar
  • Tomato Ketchup
  • Apple Cider Vinegar

PROCEDURE


  • Firstly, soak dried red chilli in hot water for 2 minutes or till they turn soft.
  • Drain off the water and blend to smooth paste adding water if required. keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a Pan. 
  • Saute chopped garlic and ginger for 2 minutes.
  • When it turns brown add in prepared red chilli paste. 
  • Saute well, so that chilli gets cooked well.
  • Now add cup water and adjust consistency.
  • Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Make sure to cook the sauce till oil floats on top.
  • Now add in 1tsp Tomato Ketchup, 2 tsp Soya Sauce, 1tsp Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 tsp sugar, and salt to taste.
  • Mix well making sure everything is combined well.
  • Cook 2 more minutes.
  • Heat 1 cup oil in a Pan. 
  • Add Hot Oil in Schezwan Sauce.
  • Cool Schezwan Sauce Completly and Store it in an Airtight Jar and keep in Refrigerat
