Bread Pakora is very simple and quick made breakfast recipe and its loved by all, because it consist of two texture that is crispy (on upper surface) or(soft) in inner surface due to stuffing.this combination of taste makes it more tasty, you can try so many experiment with this recipe because it can optable to all twists. so today tanutiffin share the most amazing recipe of bread pakoda in no time.




Ingredients

Bread - 8-10 Slices
Gram Flour (Besan) - 150 Gram
Boil Potato - 2 
Chopped Onion - 1 
Chopped Green chili - 1
Coriander leaves 
Salt to taste
Oil - To fry 

Method of Making



1. You could use brown bread or white bread depending on your choice
and cut diagonally into slices and kept aside.
2. Combine all the ingredients like besan, salt, finely chopped green chilli,
 finely chopped coriander, except for the bread slices are mixed in a bowl.
3. Water is added to the mix in order to make a nice batter. 
4. The batter is checked such that it forms a thin layer on the back of a spoon.
5. Prepare smooth flowing consistency batter without any lumps. 
6. Then oil is heated in a pan, and once the oil is hot, the heat is kept at medium-low.
7. The prepared bread slices are then dipped into the besan batter and dropped
carefully into the hot oil. 
8. The bread is to be fried on both sides until it gets a golden brown. 
9. The bread slices are taken off the heat and transferred onto a tissue lined plate.
10. Finally, serve bread pakora with green chutney or tomato sauce.
