How to Make Maggi Manchurian
Maggi Manchurian is basically an improved or innovative version of Maggi. This recipe is quite simple to make and very delicious to eat. Maggi Manchurian recipe doesn't require so many ingredients so everyone can give it a try for once and I am pretty much sure you are amazed by the taste it's a simple snack that we serve in any family function as well.
Ingredients for Manchurian
- Water - 2 cup
- Maggie - 2
- Onion - 1 cup fine chopped
- Tomato - 1/2 cup fine chopped
- Cucumber - 1/2 cup fine chopped
- Green chilli - 1 fine chopped
- Corn flour- 3 tsp
- Salt - as per taste
- Red chilli powder -1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
- Oil -deep fry
- Maggi Masala - 2
- Ingredients for gravy
- Tomato ketchup
- Soya sauce -1/4 tsp
- Vinegar -1 tsp
- Black pepper- 1/4 tsp
- Chat masala -1/4 tsp
- Oil -1 tsp
- Curry leaves -4
- Dried red chilli -1
- Salt -as per taste
- Onion -1 chopped
- Green chilli - 1 chopped
- Garlic - 2 clove fine chopped
- Water - 1/2 cup
PROCEDURE
- Take a pan, add water and Maggi into it.
- Boil it for 5 minutes and cooked it well.
- Take a bowl, add boiled Maggi, raw onion, green chilli, tomato, cucumber,red chili powder, salt, and cornflour, Maggi masala, ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
- After this, apply oil on your pam and make round balls of this mixture.
- Now, cover this round balls with row Maggi crunches.
- Now, Deep fry these balls and keep it aside.
- Take a pan, add one tablespoon of oil
- and heat it for 2 minutes.
- Add curry leaves, dried chilli, onion, green chilli and fry it well.
- After this, add tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper, chat masala,
- one pinch of salt and 1/2 cup of water. Now, stir and cooked well.
- Add Maggi balls into this gravy and mix it well.
- Now your's yummy, mouthwatering dish... Maggi Manchurian is ready to serve..
