Chicken Cheese Kababs

Chicken is one of the favorite dishes of all. it can be cooked with different styles in different places. So today I tried to give one more twist to this recipe and that is combine with cheese, and I so happy that this new twist just doubles the taste of this Dish.


Ingredients


  • 1 kg boneless chicken
  • 1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Amul Cheese Spread (200gm: 1 tub)
  • 2-3 medium-sized finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup finely chopped coriander
  • Finely chopped green chili
  • 2 cup finely chopped capsicum
  • Salt, Pepper, Red Chilli Flakes
  • Butter
  • 2-3 tbsp maida
  • 2-3 eggs 


Procedure




  • Boil Chicken with Ginger Garlic Paste and salt. Shred it.
  • In a pan, add butter. Sauté onions until it softens. Add capsicum, green chillies, coriander. Mix it all well.
  • Add Cheese Spread. Adjust salt as per taste. Season with pepper, chilli flakes.
  • Add shredded chicken. Dry roast maida and add it to the chicken mixture. Give everything a good mix.
  • Once it cools down, grease your palms with oil and make kebabs out of them. (Shape and size as per your preference)
  • Cover them with cling and refrigerate it until it’s time to fry.
  • Beat 2-3 eggs with salt and pepper. Dip the kebabs in egg and fry.
  • That’s it, they are done.
