Ingredients
               
  • Green Chilli - 250 Gram
  • Gram Flour (Besan) - 50 Gram
  • Cumin - 1/3 Teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder - 1 Tablespoon
  • Garam Masala - 1/4 Tablespoon
  • Mango Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Asafoetida (hing) - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste


Method of Making

  • Wash the green chilies and take out their stalks and then make a long cut in them and keep them aside.
  • Now heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan and fry asafetida and cumin seeds in it.
  • When cumin starts crackling, add turmeric powder and gram flour to it.
  • Cook it on a light flame till it becomes golden.
  • Now put coriander powder in it and cook it for 2 minutes and turn off the heat.
  • Now add mango powder, garam masala powder and salt to the spices and mix well.
  • Now fill this spice carefully in the chilies.
  • Now heat oil by putting oil in the pan and then cover the pan by putting green chilli filled in it and cook it on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes, open the pan and flip the chilies.
  • When they fry well then take them out and keep them in a plate.
  • Besan stuffed green chili is ready. 
  • Serve it hot with dal, roti and rice.
