Dry Fruits Laddu

These dry fruit laddoos are great for anyone looking for healthy & nutrient snacks. Ladoos of any kind is a favorite of my kids.she really enjoy and love to eat this. Dry fruit laddu is usually prepared during the festival seasons like Diwali, Navaratri and Krishna Janmashtami.



Ingredients



  • Edible Gum (Gondh ) - 100 Gram
  • Sugar - 150 Gram
  • Flour - 2 Tablespoon
  • Jaggery - Half Cup
  • Dry Ginger Powder ( Sonth ) - A Little
  • Roasted and Coarsely Ground Makhane - 8
  • Raisins ( Kishmish ) - 2 Tablespoon
  • Chopped Cashew - 7-8
  • Chopped Almond - 7-8
  • Melon Seeds - 1 Tablespoon
  • Roasted Poppy Seeds ( Khus Khus ) - 2 Teaspoon
  • Finely Chopped Dates - 2 Tablespoon
  • Finely Chopped Pistachios - 7-8
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Ghee - For Fry

Method of Making

1.Heat ghee in a pan.
2.Fry the glue on medium heat.
3.Grind the fried glue coarsely.
4.Lightly fry cashews, almonds, raisins, pistachios.
5.Fry the flour on low heat.
6.Make sugar and jaggery syrup.
7.Add fried gondh, atta, poppy seeds, dates, melon seeds, cashews, almonds, pistachios, raisins, cardamom powder, dry ginger, turmeric, makhane.
8.Once the sugar syrup is well mixed.
9.Then immediately start making ladoos. 
10.Do not cool completely, then you won't be able to make laddus.
11.Serve immediately or store ladoo in an airtight container.
Dry Fruits Ladoo Stays good for a few days.
