Chatpati Potato Chaat
The
easiest chaat recipe that we can make is potato chaat. Aloo Chaat is served by
putting crunchy potato pieces with spicy
and sour-sweet chutney, some spice
powder and the pomegranate or sev on top.
Ingredients
- Boil Potato
- 3
- Salt - 1/2
Tablespoon
- Kashmiri Red
Chilli - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Mango Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon
- Roasted
Cumin Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Chaat Masala
- 1/2 Teaspoon
- Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon
- Green Chili
Paste - 1 Tablespoon
- Coriander
Mint Chutney - 1/2 Tablespoon
- Sev - 1 Cup
- Chopped
Green Chilli - 2
- Finely
Chopped Coriander
- Sprouted
Grains
- Oil
Method of Making
- Boil the
potatoes and chop them.
- Heat oil in
a deep pan.
- Fry the
potato pieces till they turn golden.
- After
frying, Soak oil and put the potatoes in a bowl.
- Add the
sprouted grains, salt, green chillies, red chilli powder, mango powder and
roasted cumin powder.
- Then add
chaat masala and mix again.
- Invert by
adding lemon juice.
- Mix tamarind
chutney, coriander mint sauce well.
- Place the
aloo chaat in a serving bowl.
- While
serving you can garnish with some pomegranate arils.
- You can also
garnish with sev.
- Serve aloo
chaat as an evening snack or a starter snack
