Ingredients for making Potato chops with Rabri
1. Potato - 250 grams
2.Sugar -1 tablespoon
3. Pure Ghee- 1 tablespoon
Ingredients for stuffing
1. Condensed Milk (mawa) - 2 table spoon2. Stair panner/ cheese( chenna) -2 table spoon
3. Cardamom powder ( elaichi powder)
4. Almonds crushed 5-6
Ingredients for Rabri
1.Milk - 750 ml2.Sugar - as per your taste
3.Pista5-6
4.Cardamom powder ( Elaichi powder)
5.Almonds crushed 5-6
6.Buchanania Ianzan ( chironji/chiroli ) - 1 spoon
7.Saffron (kesar)
How to Prepare Potato chops With Rabri
Procedure for Preparing the Stuffing
1. Take utensil, pour the Condensed Milk (mawa), stair panner/ cheese( chenna), cardamom powder
( elaichi powder),almonds crushed
2. Mix it well
3. Keep it aside
Procedure for Preparing Potato chops
1. Firstly, boiled potato and grate it properly.
2. Take a heavy-based nonstick pan heated it properly, pour ghee into it and leave for one minute for making it warm.
3.Then pour the grated potato and stair it properly until it will change their color into light brown
4. Add sugar, mix it well
5. After 3 minutes, take a small piece of grated potato and stuff it with stuffing and make the round ball shape or the shape as you like
Procedure for Preparing Rabri
1. Take a heavy-based vessel, pour milk into the vessel and boiled it properly, once it comes to boil, lower down the flame
2. Stir it in properly while boiling.
3. When milk becomes almost half of its quantity then added sugar and wait for 3-4 boils.
4. Add Saffron (kesar) for flavour
5. Then add pista , cardamom powder ( elaichi powder), Almonds crushed, Buchanan Ianzan
( chironji/chiroli )

6. After 15 minutes, transfer the potato chops into Rabri and freeze well for only one hour
