Kaaju Takos Barfi

Kaju takos barfi is the desert which is especially liked by kids because its main ingredients are Kaju, this dessert recipe is from the granny diary recipe number 9. Granny always told as that Kaju takos barfi  is my grandpa favorite desert. but now it became my kinda favorite as well. So today tanutiffin  share the most delicious recipe of kaju takos which you can serve in marriages, birthday parties festivals and so on, its help to make your day more sweet and delightful.



Ingredients



Cashew - 300 Gram
Sugar - 150 Gram
Water - Half Cup
saffron - 1 Tea Spoon
Khoya - 1 Cup
Almond - 2 Table Spoon
Pistachio - 2 Table Spoon
Desi Ghee - 2 Table Spoon
Cardamom - Half Teaspoon
Silverwork - To Decorate


Method of Making



1.Make cashew powder by mixing it in a grinder.
2.Cook sugar and a little saffron in water, stirring continuously.
3.When the sugar dissolves completely, add cashew and cardamom powder.
4.When the mixture starts to thicken, add desi ghee to it.
5.Leaving the mixture edge and starting to gather at one place, turn off the gas.
6.Mix saffron, two tablespoons of sugar and chopped almonds and pistachios in milk in mawa.
7.Make small dough from the cashew mixture and flatten it by hand and make it like a poori.
8.Put the lost mixture in the middle and give it the shape of such folding tacos. 9.Your kaju takos barfi is ready to serve.
10.Garnish with saffron and silver work to give a beautiful appreance.
