Chatpati Dry Fruit Namkeen



During Navratri vrat or any other Indian fasting days. Dry fruit snacks or dry fruit namkeen can be your best diet for the day. Here is a quick recipe to make Chatpata Dry Fruit Namkeen at home.




Ingredients


Makhane - 2 Cup

Cashew - 1/2 Cup

Almond - 1/2 Cup

Raisins ( Kishmish ) - 1/2 Cup

Coconut Pieces - 1 Tablespoon

Rock Salt ( Sendha Namak ) - As per Taste

Black Pepper Powder - 1 Teaspoon

Sweet Neem Leaves - 7-8

Green Chilli - 1 

Roasted Channa Dal - 2 Teaspoon

Oil - For Fry

Method of Making


1.Heat the oil in a pan.

2.Turn down the heat.

3.Turn the stove into it and turn it out.

4.Now take out the cashew nuts, almonds, fried and in a plate.

5.Similarly fry raisins, sweet neem, finely chopped green chillies separately.

6.Put all the ingredients in a bowl and add rock salt, gram lentils, roasted black pepper powder and mix well.

7.Let it cool down.

8.After cooling, keep the namkeen ia a air tight box.

9 Your Dry fruit namkeen is ready to serve!!
